The Fred Lawrence Whipple Observatory (FLWO) is an Amado, Arizona observatory operated by the Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory (SAO). It was previously known as the Mount Hopkins Observatory (MHO), but renamed for the SAO director who established it. Among its telescopes:
