The Catalogue of Southern Double Stars was published in 1955 by Richard Alfred Rossiter. It contains 8065 double stars, some of which are binary stars (and larger multiples), some others not actually orbiting, and some including some of each.
Note that a double star designator "RST" is used for Rossiter's own 5000+ discoveries and this catalog includes both Rossiter's and others' discoveries. An obvious ambiguity would result if RST were used with a catalog numbering rather than a discoverer numbering. SIMBAD's designations of this catalog's stars use the discoverer designation and numbering, RST or otherwise.
