Venus Express
(Venus probe launched by ESA in 2005)
The Venus Express was a European Space Agency (ESA) Venus probe launched in 2005
and entering Venus orbit in 2006.
After a primary mission of two years, it continued operation
into 2014.
All contact was lost in early 2015 and it is presumed to have
eventually been destroyed, falling into Venus's atmosphere.
