SINS
(Spectroscopic Imaging Survey in the Near-infrared with SINFONI)
(near-infrared study of distant luminous galaxies)
SINS
(for Spectroscopic Imaging Survey in the Near-infrared with SINFONI)
was a study using the ESO VLT instrument, SINFONI,
covering redshift 1 to 4 over the near infrared (1-2.5 μm).
zC-SINF was a follow-up survey in collaboration with the
zCOSMOS (Cosmic Evolution Survey) team, using SINFONI to view the COSMOS galaxies.
