GOALS (for Great Observatories All-Sky LIRG Survey) is an astronomical survey consisting of gather data on a sample of over 200 luminous infrared galaxies selected from an IRAS survey. GOALS incorporates data gathered from observations by Spitzer, Chandra, HST, GALEX, and ground-based telescopes (e.g., to include radio data).
GOALS-JWST follow-up survey to observe some of the GOALS sample using the James Webb Space Telescope.
