MSH Catalog

(MSH)
(1950s catalog of radio sources from a Mills Cross survey)

The MSH Catalog was a catalog of about 2000 radio sources published circa 1960 from 1950s observations carried out on the 85.5-MHz Mills Cross Radio Telescope, a large cross-shaped array of non-steerable dipole antennas (beamed by selecting the phases sensed) at Badgerys Creek, Australia. The Mills Cross was successor to the Badgerys Creek 101-MHz Interferometer and was a model for cross-style radio telescopes such as the Mills Cross Array in Maryland.
