The Mars Orbiter Mission (MOM)
is a India Mars orbiter launched in November 2013
that Mars since reaching it in September 2014,
until communication was lost in October 2022, easily
exceeding its primary mission of 6 months.
It was a technology demonstrator, with instruments
that studied Mars's atmosphere and surface features
through imaging and spectrometry.
