(camera planned for E-ELT)
MICADO
(for Multi-Adaptive Optics Imaging Camera for Deep Observations)
is a planned near-infrared camera
intended to be one of the first instruments
installed on the European Extremely Large Telescope (E-ELT), i.e., a first-light instrument.
