The term Goddard gravity model (or Goddard gravitational model) refers to any of the models of the positioning of gravity anomalies of various bodies developed by the Goddard Space Flight Center through data from space probes. Such models often termed gravity models or gravitational models or geopotential models, and commonly indicate the pattern of anomaly locations via spherical harmonics coefficients. The models include successive versions of Goddard Lunar Gravity Models, Goddard Earth Gravity Models and Goddard Mars Gravity Models (Goddard Mars Models, or GMMs).
