Colibrì

(planned Canadian X-ray space telescope)

Colibrì is a proposed Canadian X-ray space telescope, in planning for a 2032 launch. Its an angular resolution would be 6 arcseconds and its photon energy resolution (essentially, spectral resolution) would reach 1 electron volt (using transition edge sensors).


Note that the name Colibri (which is the name of a hummingbird species) is used for other space- and astronomy-related projects:
