Breakthrough Listen is a SETI survey using the Green Bank Telescope and Parkes Observatory to search for radio signals from intelligent extraterrestrial life, monitoring and recording a wide spectral band. The search has provided useful astronomical information, such as detecting and producing multi-wavelength recordings of fast radio bursts (FRBs). One early FRB detection was sometimes referred to as GB-BL.
