AREPO is the cosmology simulation code used for the Illustris Project simulations. It uses a moving mesh technique. It claims to be the first code to simulate the history of the universe (or rather a significant representative portion of it) from soon after the Big Bang to spiral galaxies. It is also used for smaller hydrodynamics simulations.
AREPO modifications have been devised to include magnetohydrodynamics.
