ACBAR
(Arcminute Cosmology Bolometer Array Receiver)
(instrument used in a CMB survey)
ACBAR (for Arcminute Cosmology Bolometer Array Receiver)
was an instrument deployed on the Viper telescope
at South Pole Station from 2000 to 2005, aiming
to image the CMB at arcminute levels.
It was an array of sixteen bolometers cooled below 1 K.
The final data release was in 2008, often termed
ACBAR 2008 or ACBAR08.
